The design of the building creates a human scale at multiple levels, subtly dividing the large volume of the urban block into smaller, more manageable sections. These divisions are expressed through varying heights and recessed joints, which help to form distinct, house-like units. This thoughtful articulation results in a cohesive structure that enhances both the legibility and approachability of the building.

The concept of approachability extends to the façade design, which is divided into three distinct layers. The outermost layer is the structural grid, which forms the building's primary framework. The second layer is a slightly recessed thermal façade skin, composed of a mix of windows and opaque panels. The high level of detail and the thoughtful arrangement of these elements create delicate shadows, producing a filigree effect that offers a dynamic contrast to the solid grid beneath.

The third layer consists of the exterior spaces integrated into the façade, such as arcades and loggias. These are set back from the outer urban façades, adding a further dimension of depth and three-dimensionality to the overall appearance of the building. Together, these layers create a rich, textured surface that enhances the building's connection to its surroundings while maintaining a sense of harmony and balance.
