The extension for the district administration office and its spatial configuration are conceived as an architectural dialogue, where four interlocking blocks, characterized by aligned projections and recesses, delicately integrate with the surrounding urban context. This meticulous structuring not only respects the historical and contemporary building fabric but also orchestrates a cohesive and inviting campus atmosphere. Balancing modernity with familiarity, the new building's urban scale enhances legibility within the block, resulting in a harmonious architectural composition. Central to this design is the basement-level entrance to the district administration office, offering a prestigious and barrier-free double-entry route for visitors, seamlessly connecting past and future access routes. Anchoring this ensemble is the elevated entrance hall, conceived as a pavilion nestled between existing and new structures, serving as a pivotal hub for administrative activities and visitor interactions. Emphasizing inclusivity, the design prioritizes barrier-free access across all floors, ensuring seamless navigation and connectivity within the administrative complex.
The campus is undergoing a transformation to accommodate diverse spaces for both citizens and employees, featuring protected outdoor areas ideal for work, leisure, and strolling along the newly designed urban pathway.
